Top 6 Ways To Define Leadership

How do you define leadership in your life?

I feel it comes these 6 qualities that every top leader exhibits.

Develop and Focus On Their Goals Every Day
Leaders knows where they're going. They know where they're going because they have goals in place. They have a certainty about their goals. They're not wishing, wondering, hoping or dreaming that they'll hit their goals, they know they will.

Great leaders will have in their minds the goals that they want to achieve. They will always be moving toward those goals. They have a "when" mentality instead of "if" mentality. When I write my book, when I buy a new home, when I start my business, when I visit Italy etc...

Utilize Daily Meditation and Visualization
Seeing the end result of the already achievement of the goal...or the Be Do Have principle. Be Do Have says that we must be the person already creating the outcome that we want. Visualization and meditation work together to bring the goal closer. Visualization is the mental movie played over and over of seeing the end result already achieved. It is like starting with the end of the movie first. You know the guy always gets the girl, the good guy wins and the woman will stand firm in her conviction. Meditation is connecting with Source in a quiet time drawing energy and aligning with the goal.

Positive Producing Activities
Anything that creates the desired outcome. If it's a coach, practice would be key to creating results. If your in sales, learning and practicing attraction marketing is key. If you're a teacher, a science experiment that is hands on learning.

This is the doing stage!

Personal Development
All great leaders, lead with a positive attitude. Some leaders do lead with fear and the result might even be achieved but the group is lacking, fearful and resentful. To define leadership, a great leader is respectful of his/her group.

"No pessimist ever discovered the secret of the stars, or sailed to an uncharted land, or opened a new doorway for the human spirit." Helen Keller

Mastermind With Other Leaders This is very important for growth. If you are the leader of the group, you will want to "sharpen your saw" with meeting and talking with people that are creating bigger results then you are right now. That is how you will grow. This is essential.

Expect Leadership From Others Set the expectation that others will step into their leadership role. Create areas others can step up and demonstrate their leadership. To build a powerful team in sports, business or in your home this is key to developing leaders.

Gratitude
To define leadership, this one factor might be the most important. They will live in gratitude. thankful for what they have right now and use it to the best of their ability. Leaders are great at living in the moment!

These are great ways to define leadership.

“I couldn't wait for success, so I went ahead without it.” Jonathan Winters

I'll look forward to hearing how leadership creates your life!
